Families Moving Forward offers families experiencing homelessness in Carver or Scott counties hospitality, temporary shelter and a path to finding a more permanent home.

At St. Hubert, we generally host families for two different one week periods during the year. Parish volunteers set up shelter space and purchase, prepare and serve meals, serve as evening or overnight hosts and help with take down. Signup sheets can be found on the St. Hubert web site.
