As members of Christ’s body and by virtue of our baptism, we are all ministers of Christ’s healing. Homebound visitation is one way in which we minister pastorally to those in our parish community who are unable to attend Sunday Mass.
The Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion visit the elderly, the sick and the homebound and bring them the Body of Christ in Holy Communion weekly. The ministers also visit with and listen to them. St. Hubert Catholic Community has trained ministers who will bring communion to your home on Tuesday mornings. The priest and pastoral minister are also available for visits upon request.
Contact the parish office to schedule a homebound visit.
