If you are grieving the loss of a loved one – spouse, parent, sibling, child or friend – St. Hubert Catholic Community offers you the opportunity to join a support group for your journey of healing. St. Hubert is a member of the Southwest Grief Coalition based in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen. .
Pass this information along to anyone who may have a need for support in their grieving the loss of a loved one. There are brochures on the pastoral care bulletin board in the narthex hallway.
