Registration forms are available in the parish office during business hours. You may also download a PDF from the link below and drop it off or mail it in. Why Register? Registration is required when it comes time for you or your family to participate in the sacraments, including baptism, first communion, first reconciliation, confirmation, and marriage. In addition, you'll be added to our database so that you can receive communications on news, events, and activities happening at St. Hubert.
