Praying with Saint John Paul II

St. John Paul II said, “Do not be afraid. Do not be satisfied with mediocrity. Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” We are called to put out our nets-to witness our faith-to bring others to Him. We do that through how we live our lives each day and the courage to do is gained by our participation in worship, dedication to prayer, and the incredible graces received in the Sacraments. We also gain strength by learning from each other and those whose lives model for us “putting out into the deep” and trust in the Lord.

St. Hubert Catholic Community in Chanhassen welcome Mother Adela and 3 Sisters of the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary to our community from November 28- December 1 for days of reflection and veneration. We will have the opportunity to venerate a relic of St. John Paul II and thank God for his life and the gifts he brought to so many through his life and now his eternity in heaven. Mother Adela will share stories of his life and faith that are sure to help us to “put out into the deep” in our own faith journeys.

Check out the flyer with the details for this extraordinary witness to the fullness of our Catholic faith. St. John Paul II – Pray for us!
