Extreme Faith Camp in the past 20 years has been a residential week-long experience for middle school students as campers. High school students are “staff” on Prayer Team or Extreme Team (Counselors). This summer, EFC are opening one week of Extreme Faith Camp for the high school students to be the campers. This week will look identical in schedule to the other Middle School weeks of camp, with activities, adoration, small group time, etc.

Extreme Faith Camp is merging and collaborating with Catholic Youth Summer Camp at the invitation of Bishop Cozzens. This summer, Minnesota youth ministers and Ohio CYSC Missionaries are working on the same staff to run camp at Trout Lake Camp in Pine River, MN. High school week is July 5-9.

Any rising 10th-12th grader is invited to register for EFC High School Week. They do not have to be part of any specific parish, and will register individually instead of with their parishes. We have instructions below for registration and can coordinate transportation as a parish depending on how many people register to go! Registration is open today - space is limited so first come first serve!

A session of Extreme Faith Camp costs $495.00 per camper. The cost includes all activities, meals, lodging, and a camp t-shirt.

Camp will be held at: Trout Lake Camp we will be staying at ‘THE Point’ and Collaborating with an amazing camp out of Ohio: Catholic Youth Summer Camp

Extreme Faith Camp will follow and use Trout Lake COVID procedure and protocols: https://troutlakecamps.org/covid-19

Fundraising – give your child a chance for to learn ownership and see first hand the generosity of God, the Father!

Camp can be an investment for some families - a worthwhile investment, but burdensome nonetheless. A great, easy way to not only raise funds for your child to go to camp, but also to invite family and friends to take part in this faith-filled experience is to send fundraising letters out. The Lord provides and moves hearts to generosity more than we could ever imagine. Take it from me (Lydia, youth minister): in college I went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land which was $4,000. I didn’t think I’d be able to go with the price, but I pursued fundraising (through letters, like we are for EFC) and the Lord in His goodness provided well over the $4,000 and led to some profound conversations with family and friends regarding the faith. We are God’s people and He wants to show His might in everything, even our finances! If you would like to try fundraising, we’ve made it easy for you. There is a EFC Fundraising Instructions document, Fundraising letter template, and EFC Fundraising Tracker document to help you accomplish your target fundraising amount. Your child will have ownership in this and see first-hand how the Lord provides. Check out the materials below and talk to Lydia with any questions you may have! Registration instructions below include guidance on how to save your spot with this option. If you are considering a scholarship request, please consider this first!
