• Healthcare directives & advocate

• Transitional care and hospice

• Burial and cremation

St. Hubert pastoral staff and a representative from Washburn McReavey Funeral Home will be presenters. Please call the parish office at 952-934-9106 by Wednesday, November 9 to register.

We will have a representative from Twin Cities Care to provide information for transitional care and hospice facilities if and when it may be needed.
