Losing someone we love is one of life’s most challenging passages. Learning about the process of grief, along with sharing our experience in a caring, supportive, and confidential setting, helps us to cope and leads to personal growth and healing.
The churches of the Southwest Grief Coalition have worked together for over twenty years to provide support and education for all people who are grieving. The large group education sessions and small group conversations are designed to provide an opportunity for individuals to obtain information and support in a welcoming community following the death of loved ones.
St. Hubert Catholic Community will host the upcoming session on seven Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 PM beginning on January 16, 2020 through February 27, 2020. Supper is provided each evening. Participation is free.
The Southwest Grief Coalition is a partnership of seven churches (Catholic and Protestant) in the southwest metro of the Minneapolis working together to serve all people struggling in grief in the communities of Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Bloomington, Chanhassen, and Chaska.
