The transition from wife or husband to widowhood is painful. When you lose your spouse, you lose your partner in life, your closest friend.  You lose the physical presence of the person which means missing the companionship of someone you love deeply.  Your spouse is the one person in this world who chose to love you exclusively and forever.  You shared everything in your life together.  

Regardless of when you have lost your spouse, whether recent or years ago, you are invited to join us for mass, a special prayer service and brunch on Saturday, May 4 starting at 8:00 AM.  We will begin with Mass in the church followed by a prayer service honoring your loved one and brunch in the north Fellowship Hall. 

This is an opportunity for you to meet other parishioners who have lost a spouse and to share your memories and stories with one another.  Please consider joining us for this special event honoring your spouse. 

Please RSVP by Monday, April 29 to Diane at 952-374-5049 or diane.potts@sthubert.org so that we can plan for sufficient food and handout materials. Provide the name of your spouse and their date of death.  We also invite you to bring a picture of you and your spouse.
