St. Hubert Harvest Festival

On Saturday, September 28, St. Hubert Catholic Community will host its annual St. Hubert Harvest Festival, beginning with Mass at 4:00 PM. This community-building event features food trucks, live entertainment, inflatables, bingo, beer and wine, raffles, face painting, caricatures, ministry representatives, and more. Based on previous years, we expect more than 1,000 attendees. This event is an opportunity for St. Hubert parishioners, their families and friends, and the wider community to gather to enjoy fun and fellowship.

We have many opportunities for you to get involved and help make this event a success!

Payment at the Festival

This year, we are utilizing a ticket system for payment at various food vendors, wine and beer, and games and attractions. You can avoid the ticket lines at the festival by pre-ordering your tickets.

To help you plan your order, see the Festival Planning Guide below that indicates which vendors take only tickets for payment, which take only cash or credit card, and where you need cash or check.

Pre-order your tickets through the button below. Orders placed by Friday, September 20 at noon can be picked up when you come for Mass this weekend, next week, or when you arrive at the festival. If you place your order after Friday at noon, you will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. No refunds will be issued.

Raffle

Please support our raffles – they help cover the costs of the ministries of the parish. You should have received a letter and order form in the mail that you can return to the parish office. In addition, we will sell tickets after Masses before the festival.

  1. GRAND RAFFLE – The GRAND RAFFLE will consist of no more than 400 tickets. There will be one $10,000 winner and five $2000 winners. Be sure to purchase these tickets early! Tickets are $100 each. (We realize that for some, a $100 ticket may be too much, so we encourage you to partner up with family, friends, neighbors, or co-workers to purchase your ticket(s).)

  2. GENERAL RAFFLE – Tickets are $5.00 each. A book of 10 tickets can be purchased for $50, or tickets can be purchased individually. Six $1000 prizes will be awarded.

  3. HARVEST FESTIVAL PACKAGE – Buy a Harvest Festival Package.  This includes two Grand Raffle tickets, and 20 General Raffle tickets for $300.
