You and your daughter are invited to join us to learn more about how women's bodies have amazing super powers (ovulation, gestation, and lactation). We are S.P.I.C.E girls or Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Creative, and Emotional. The event will also include general information on period care and an introduction to understanding your cycle through charting. The target audience is moms/women and daughters who have experienced a period or will be shortly. The event will include a presentation and small groups for moms/women and daughters.
